At Monin, we strive for your complete satisfaction with every flavor; however, due to the food-based nature of our products, we can only accept returns on unopened items within 30 days of purchase. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our support team immediately for a replacement or refund.

  Ensure your syrup or gourmet flavoring remains unopened with the original seal intact and was purchased within the last 30 days.

  Email our customer service team with your order number and a brief explanation of the return request to receive a Return Authorization.

  Pack Securely

  Carefully package the unopened bottles in their original shipping box with adequate padding to prevent breakage during transit.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Affix the provided shipping label and drop the package at any authorized carrier location; your refund will be processed upon inspection.
